How can we help?

Answers to the questions we get asked most. If yours isn't here, the support team is one email away.

Getting started

Everything you need to begin your journey with Woosh.

How do I create an account?
Click 'Sign In' at the top of any page, then 'Create Account'. You can sign up with your email address or with Google or Facebook. Once registered you can save properties, set custom alerts, and use member-only features.
Is Woosh free to use?
Yes. Woosh is completely free for buyers — search properties, use the calculators, and read every guide without charge. Sellers work with estate agents who set their own fees.
How do I save properties?
When viewing any listing, tap the heart icon to save it to your favourites. You'll find all your saved properties on your account dashboard, and we'll notify you when any of them changes price.
Can I use Woosh on my phone?
Yes. Download our iOS app from the App Store for the best mobile experience — location-based search, instant notifications, and offline viewing of saved properties on top of everything the website does.

Buying property

Finding, viewing and making offers.

How do I search for properties?
Use the search bar to enter a location, postcode or property ID. Filter by price, bedrooms, property type and dozens of other criteria. Try map view to explore a specific area, or travel-time search to find properties within your commute.
How do I arrange a viewing?
On any listing, tap 'Request viewing' or 'Contact agent'. You can message the agent directly, suggest viewing times, or ask for a virtual tour. All your viewing requests live in your account dashboard.
What is a Mortgage in Principle?
A Mortgage in Principle (sometimes called an Agreement in Principle) is a written statement from a lender saying they'd lend you a particular amount based on your finances. It strengthens your position when making offers and signals to sellers you're a serious buyer.
How accurate are the property prices?
Listed prices come straight from estate agents and update in real time. Where we show estimated values, those are generated by algorithms looking at recent sales data and should be treated as estimates only. For an accurate figure, book a free agent valuation.

Selling property

Maximise your property's value with Woosh's selling tools.

How do I get my property valued?
Two options: get an instant online valuation for a quick estimate, or book a free in-person valuation with a local agent. We recommend valuations from three or four agents to make sure you get the best price.
How do I choose an estate agent?
Use our agent comparison tool to see local agents' performance data — average selling time, percentage of asking price achieved, and customer reviews. Weigh their local knowledge, marketing approach and fee structure against each other.
What fees will I pay when selling?
Typical costs: estate agent fees (usually 1–3% of sale price), legal fees (£500–£1,500), an EPC certificate (£60–£120), and removal costs. Our selling calculator estimates your total cost end to end.
How long does it take to sell a property?
The average from listing to completion is 3–6 months, but this varies by location and market conditions. Priced correctly, most properties receive offers within 4–6 weeks of going live.

Payments and fees

Pricing, billing and what you owe.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and PayPal. Where there's a Woosh fee, payment is only taken when the relevant transaction completes.
When am I charged?
Buyers are never charged. Sellers and professionals are charged only when their listing or service completes — never upfront. Exact timing depends on the package; full breakdown is on the pricing page.
Can I get a refund?
If something we charged for didn't deliver, email billing@wooshproperty.com with your order reference and we'll investigate. Refund policies vary by product; specifics are in the terms.
Where do I find my invoices?
Sign in, then open Account → Billing. Every paid invoice is downloadable as a PDF. If you can't see an invoice you're expecting, contact billing@wooshproperty.com.

Account and privacy

Manage your account and data preferences.

How do I reset my password?
Click 'Sign In', then 'Forgot password'. Enter your email and we'll send a reset link. For security the link expires after 24 hours. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder.
How do I delete my account?
Open Account settings and choose Delete account. This permanently removes your data, saved properties and search history. Some information may be retained where the law requires.
How is my data protected?
We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data. We never share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except where the law requires. The Privacy Policy spells out the detail.
How do I manage email notifications?
In Account settings, open Notifications to choose which emails you receive and how often. You can also unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email footer.

Technical support

Troubleshooting browser, app and login issues.

Why can't I see property images?
First check your internet connection. Try clearing your browser cache (Ctrl+Shift+Delete on Windows, Cmd+Shift+Delete on Mac). Disable any ad blocker for wooshproperty.com. If the problem persists, try a different browser or contact support.
Which browsers are supported?
Woosh works best on the latest versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge. Enable JavaScript and cookies for full functionality. Internet Explorer is not supported.
Why isn't the app working?
Make sure you're on the latest version from the App Store. Check your internet connection and that you've granted the necessary permissions (location, notifications). Deleting and reinstalling the app usually clears stubborn issues.
How do I report a bug?
Email bugs@wooshproperty.com with details of the issue — device type, browser or app version, and steps to reproduce. Screenshots help. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
